Well, hello there to all of Jen’s Brunette Anthem readers! My name is Melanie and I am a dietitian who shares recipes, healthy living tips, and other randomness over at Beautifully Nutty.
I was lucky enough to meet Jen at this year’s Healthy Living Summit in Minneapolis and let me tell you…not only is she a fashionista, but she is hilarious and super sweet! You are all very smart to be reading her blog. We could all learn a few things from her!
When she reached out to me she had mentioned putting together a list of tasty, healthy, and simple recipes to share with you all. I chose a handful from my blog that I thought looked particularly yummy. I hope you enjoy!
