30 day challenge


I’m always trying to push myself physically, but I tend to hit quite a few bumps in the road with injuries.  However, when one door closes you just have to open another.  So with my recent foot injury hindering my ability to run long distance, I decided to challenge a different area of my body.

I am officially going to do what I am calling the 30 day challenge.  Every day, for 30 days, I am going to do 300+ sit-ups.  By partnering CrossFit with sit-ups I’m hoping to tone my stomach a bit more before my birthday.  I need to go from flab to fab!!  Wish me luck!
